PUEBLO, COLO. -- Pueblo Police officers arrested 25-year-old Samuel Bitsuie, a registered sex offender, for violating parole.

Officers didn't elaborate on what Bitsuie did but said he is back in police custody after his third parole violation following his convicted sexual assault charge. Bitsuie was convicted of sexually assaulting a woman in her car and also has a prior felony menacing conviction.

Bitsuie's first parole violation came on March 8, 2010 and prompted a neighborhood meeting.
