Fort Carson soldier may have missing girl

GALVESTON COUNTY, TEXAS -- The Texas Department of Public Safety has issued an Amber Alert for a missing girl, and their suspect is a Fort Carson soldier.

The suspect, 21-year-old James Dean Martin, is being sought in connection with the disappearance of 14-year-old Andrea Love Fox.

Martin is stationed at Fort Carson and is described as being about 5'11'' tall and weighing 150 pounds.

He has blonde hair and blue eyes and is driving a blue Chevy Aveo, possibly with buyer tags.

Fox is described as being 5' tall, weighing about 170 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes.

The missing girl was last seen in League City, Texas.
