Rollover crash downs power lines

COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- A rollover crash has downed several powerlines in the area of East Moreno Avenue and South Cedar Street in Colorado Springs.

That's near South Hancock Avenue and East Fountain Boulevard in the central part of the city.

The crash happened early Wednesday morning.

Officials said one person had to be extricated from the vehicle following the crash.

There is no word yet on the patient's condition.

Colorado Springs Utilities crews are at the scene, working to fix the downed power lines.
