COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- Colorado Springs Police officers arrested three men early Friday morning for burglary after finding them hiding in a car.
A nearby neighbor said two unknown men entered a house in the 1300 block of North Wahsatch Avenue through a window and began rummaging through the house. When officers arrived, two men dropped pillowcases full of items from the home and ran.
Officers chased the men but lost them.
Shortly thereafter, officers found the two men and a third person hiding in a car a few houses away from the initial burglary.
Officers arrested Timothy Trujillo, Elton Johnson and Nicholas Wolters for second degree burglary.
Police did not release any other information.
