PUEBLO, COLO. -- Three young children reported missing by their father Tuesday morning have been returned to him without injury, according to Pueblo police.
The three Reed children had been taken by their mother, who did not have permission to be with the kids.

Pueblo Police officers are searching for three young children who were taken by their mother without permission.
Officials said the children's mother, 40-year-old Michelle Ruehlen, does not have custodial rights with the children and has past substance abuse and mental issues.
According to police, Ruehlen was living with the children's father in Pueblo.
Officials said the father left the home for a few minutes late Monday night, and when he returned, Reuhlen and the three children were missing. His car was also gone.
Michelle Reuhlen is a white woman, 5'4", with brown hair and brown eyes and weighs approximately 105 pounds.
The three children's descriptions are as follows:
Angelinia Read: female, 5 years old, blue eyes and blond hair, 3' tall, 50 pounds.
Cheyenne Read: female, 4 years old, blue eyes and blond hair, 2' tall, 25 pounds. Child is deaf and her hearing aids were left at home.
Dakota Read: female, 4 years old, blue eyes and blond hair, 2' tall, 25 pounds.
Reuhlen was last seen around 10:30 p.m. Monday at the intersection of Kenwood and Creston drives in Pueblo.
Officials said the stolen car she is driving is a gold 1999 GMC Surburban, with Colorado license plates 449 WHV.
