The Springs Cupcake Truck

COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- Four days a week, you can catch Mike Bergman driving around town, selling cupcakes from CoCo.
That's right: The Springs Cupcake Truck is lovingly referred to as CoCo, and it's one of the only food trucks in the city.
Wednesday through Saturday, Bergman stops at multiple places around town, selling flavors ranging from vanilla and chocolate overload, to lavendar and pistachio. The truck's only form of advertising is Facebook.
"We just post everything there. We try to post the night before - where we're going or ask where we should go," Bergman said. "Every location will be posted, flavors if we're sold out, or when we're set up."
CoCo stocks her cupcakes fro
m Bergman's niece's bakery, Cake Crumbs, in Denver. They also have a food truck with about 10,000 fans on Facebook.
"We have about 2,300 friends, or fans," Bergman said. "Whatever they're called."
That number is growing. With people like Stacey Franklin, who visited the truck for the first time Thursday, it's something to try to spread around.
"Somebody told me Colorado Springs had a cupcake truck, so I did a search on Facebook and it came up," Franklin said. "So everyday, if you like the truck, it'll come up and tell you where they're going and how long they're going to be there and what the selections are."
CoCo always has eight flavors found daily, plus one or two specials of the day, like maple bacon.
You can also find the truck on Twitter.
