PUEBLO, COLO -- A crash Saturday night involving a car and pedestrian has turned fatal.
The Pueblo Police Department said around 9 p.m. a man was walking in the inside west bound lane of traffic in the 700 block of East 4th Street when he was hit by a 1983 Ford LTD that was heading west on East 4th Street.
Officers said the 44-year-old victim was taken to Parkview Hospital where he later died from his injuries.
At this time, investigators said alcohol and speed do not appear to be factors in the driver's part of the crash.
