COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- A Walgreens was robbed around midnight Saturday by a masked man who police said is still on the run.
According to police the suspect walked into the Walgreens in the 2900 block of North Nevada Avenue, jumped the counter to the pharmacy and acted like he had a weapon.
The suspect is described as a White or Hispanic man, 5'8" tall, weighing 200 pounds. He was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, and a black cloth partially covering the lower part of his face.
Police said he fled before they arrived on scene and got away with an undisclosed amount of merchandise.
