PUEBLO, COLO. -- The Pueblo Police Department is investigating a homicide.

Sgt. Eric Bravo said the body of 45-year-old Pedro Solis-Astorga was found Saturday morning near 13th and Erie, just off the river trail.

He said Solis-Astorga's family went looking for him when he did not return home Friday night, and later found him near the river.

Investigators said Solis-Astorga's truck was parked nearby, and added he died from multiple gunshot wounds to the back.

A motive has not been determined, and no suspects have been identified.

Anyone with information is asked to call Pueblo Police or CrimeStoppers.
