FORT CARSON, COLO. -- Gates to Fort Carson are open again Tuesday morning after one person was shot during an armed robbery Monday night.
It happened at a Burger King on post just after 8 p.m.
Fort Carson's Office of Public Affairs says the victim was taken to the hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
All gates were closed immediately after the incident.
They reopened with limited access about an hour later.
Normal access was restored around 1 a.m.
So far, no arrests have been made and authorities have not released any information on the suspect.
