COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- Colorado Springs police arrested three men for their involvement in the robbery of Wells Fargo Bank on Jan. 15.
Investigators from the Robbery Unit arrested 32-year-old Victor Clark Thursday. Clark was arrested and convicted in 2005 for his involvement in the robbery of ENT Credit Union. Police took him into custody Thursday and booked him for aggravated robbery and conspiracy. His bond is $750,000.
Police arrested 24-year-old Tyrone Edwards Sept. 10 and charged him in the robbery of Key Bank on South Academy Boulevard. Police said charges for his involvement in the Wells Fargo Bank are forthcoming. He was also charged in the robberies of three hair salons.
On Oct. 4, police arrested 25-year-old Daniel Salazar for involvement in the Wells Fargo robbery. Salazar posed as a victim, being struck on the head with a handgun during the holdup. He was treated as a victim by investigators and gave his statement as a victim to police.
In addition, police arrested 21-year-old Darius Gregory and a juvenile for the robberies of the three salons with which Edwards was involved. Authorities found him in Charlotte, N.C.
