Brian Bahr announced his candidacy for Mayor of Colorado Springs Tuesday, becoming the third mayoral candidate in the April 2011 election. He joins Buddy Gilmore and Dave Munger in the race.
Bahr is the owner of Challenger Homes.
“With the right vision, together we can restore the good image Colorado Springs once enjoyed,” Bahr said. “while laying a stronger foundation for future growth and prosperity. It’s time for Colorado Springs to stop simply surviving. Now is the time to thrive.”
Bahr is expected to formally announce the decision Aug. 25 at 11 a.m. on the steps of City Hall.
