COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- Computer problems are to blame for troubles at the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment.

The CUBline online system has been experiencing problems since Sunday, and that has led to higher traffic on the phone lines. Crews are working around the clock to fix, the problem.

Cher Haavind is a spokesperson for the department. She says the money is available and the phone lines are working. If you did not get through on Monday, the benefits will still be available. However, the benefits will be received later, depending on when you do file.

There are two phone numbmers available and operating.

CUBline is (303)813-2800 or toll-free at (888)550-2800

The Chase account card also works, but you must still file over the phone to receive the benefits.

Over 23,000 people receive unemplyment in El Paso county and over 6,000 in Pueblo county.

For updated information, visit the Department of Labor and Employment's website.
