Man found guilty in connection with April 2017 homicide in El Paso County

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - A man has been sentenced in connection with the death of a man found along Highway 24 last year. 

Jorge Galvan-Flores was found guilty Tuesday of first-degree murder and other counts. He was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole, plus 64 years. 

The victim, 23-year-old Lawrence Gloster II, was found dead inside an abandoned building between Peyton and Calhan on April 8. Three suspects were arrested in connection with his death.
