COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. -- Police say they have identified a man who was acting suspicious at a Colorado Springs McDonald's earlier this month.
Police said October 6, they got a call about suspicious circumstances at the McDonald's on South Nevada Avenue at Cheyenne Road. Just before 8 a.m., a man had entered the restaurant with two girls. While inside, he "was observed engaging in activity that has created concern for the children's welfare," according to police.
No other details about the incident were immediately available.
Police sent out an alert Tuesday asking for the public's help identifying the man. By Wednesday morning, officers had contacted the man and everyone else involved in the incident. The investigation is ongoing. No arrests have been made.
