It's a disease that affects 700,000 Americans and many have never heard of it before being diagnosed.
The little known autoimmune disease, ulcerative colitis, is a chronic disease of the large intestine.
One Colorado Springs man has been living with it for 15 years and wants to raise awareness and acceptance.
