Both Rep. Wes McKinley and lobbyist Nat Gorman acknowledged that Wednesday during a hearing on a complaint filed by McKinley. He says Gorman shook his fist and "threatened to cut out my lying tongue" during an alleged confrontation over McKinley's efforts to stop the sale of the Trinidad State Nursing Home.
