A judge postponed the trespassing trial for anti-tax crusader Doug Bruce because of leaflets handed out in front of the courthouse telling potential jurors to use their conscience to make their decision, not a judge's direction. The Colorado Springs municipal judge made the ruling Friday after prosecutors told him about the leaflets. The judge rescheduled the trial for Dec. 4.
