On Wednesday highs were in the upper 90's and low 100's, and those without air conditioning were forced to find other ways to beat the heat such as a neighborhood pool, or Uncle Wilbur Fountain in downtown Colorado Springs.

The hot temperatures have many people looking for a place to cool off. And while months ago it seemed like people wouldn't have a city pool to go to thanks to a partnership with the Colorado Springs Swim School (CSSS) two outdoor pools have remained open.
