Wednesday, March 03, 2010  Twenty-five-year-old Justin Berry of La Salle was sentenced to three years of probation Wednesday. He was shot last September by a Greeley Police officer who approached Berry while the man was sitting no a front porch of a home.

Monday, March 01, 2010  Andyz Deleon Arriola was shot in the upper back with a shotgun. He called a friend who drove him to Memorial Hospital where he was treated and released.

Thursday, February 11, 2010  According to police, officers responded to a report Wednesday night of two people pointing shotguns at a man after he caught them breaking into his truck. Responding officers, who arrived after the suspects had fled, found a man and a woman hiding on the roof of an out building in a Costco parking lot. Gunfire erupted in a confrontation that occurred after police saw that the man was still armed.
