Just in time for the holiday weekend Rampart Reservoir will reopen for business. The popular recreation site was closed because of the Waldo Canyon Fire but with just days to spare before the Memorial Day weekend the U.S. Forest Service (USFS) announced it will reopen the reservoir and part of the nearby area.
