Thursday, March 25, 2010  City staff subsequently solicited bids from the private sector to provide program management for PPRTA projects. Nolte Associates, Inc. was selected and projects were restarted in mid-March. Approximately 50 percent of the projects on the City’s PPRTA Capital Projects “A” list have been completed.

Wednesday, February 10, 2010  The process required the project team to remove a section of existing water line at two locations and install a series of valves. The existing transmission line, more than 40 years old, needed to be relocated before excavation can begin to lower Academy Boulevard. Completion of this phase is expected on Friday.
