The American Red Cross is using the devastating tornado in Oklahoma as a reminder to everyone to put together a plan before disaster strikes. The organization has developed six free apps available for download that are designed to help people prepare and live through a disaster.

Pikes Peak is the easternmost 14'er in the Rocky Mountain chain with winds recorded at speeds over 100 miles an hour. The road to the top of the peak was completely paved in 2011, making it one of the only 14'ers you can drive all the way up to the top.
