A crash between a motorcycle and a pickup truck late Thursday night left one person with life-threatening injuries.

Initial investigation determined a Ford Ranger pick-up truck was traveling westbound on Abriendo Avenue in the left lane and was passing Union Avenue. The pedestrian was mid-block and outside the area of any crosswalk, according to police. Alcohol appears to be factor with the pedestrian only.

The driver of the van was trapped and had to be extricated. He is said to be in critical condition. The driver of the pick-up truck is said to be in serious condition. The children are said to be in good condition with minor injuries. They are ages 3, 4 and 5.
