Friday, September 23, 2011  Construction of the Pueblo Chemical Agent-Destruction Pilot Plant located on the Pueblo Chemical Depot is nearly 80 percent complete. The plant is designed to destroy chemical weapons filled with a mustard agent using a neutralization process.
