A partial verdict is in for Joshua Carrier after a week of deliberations. Jurors in the trial reached a partial conviction Tuesday.

After five days of deliberations the jury in the Joshua Carrier case still has not reached a verdict, at least not on all 207 counts.

Joshua Carrier's fate is now in the hands of the jury as they began deliberations Tuesday afternoon. The former Colorado Springs Police Officer, and assistant wrestling coach at Horace Mann Middle School, IS facing more than 200 criminal charges.

The Horace Mann Middle School Resource Officer was arrested last May and is accused of inappropriately touching students. Carrier has plead not guilty to more than 200 criminal charges.
