Authorities say Francis M. Hernandez ran a red light in the Denver suburb of Aurora on September 2008 and struck a truck as it was making a turn into a strip mall. Police say the impact sent the truck into an ice cream shop, killing Marten Kudlis and the two women in the truck, Patricia Guntharp and passenger Debra Serecky.
