An investigator says a small plane that crashed last August and killed two Colorado Springs men probably lost power because it went into a spin that kept fuel from getting to the engines.

The two men on the plane have been identified as 76-year-old William Boecking of Colorado Springs, and 60-year-old Daniel Saunders also of Colorado Springs.
