If referendum 2C does not pass public transportation is one of the many services on the butcher's block. Cryuus Easterlin is blind and relies on the bus to take him everywhere. Cuts to bus service would leave him stranded not only without rides, but without any idea where most things in this city are including his doctor's office. "Being blind and trying to walk three to four miles would be real difficult. I've already been hit by a car nine times," he said.
