Johnny Rea of Penrose-St. Francis Health Services says at least 1,000 doses will be available. Clinics start Thursday. Vaccinations will be given to at-risk individuals, including pregnant women, parents and caretakers of children younger than 6 months, anyone 6 months through 24 years, people 25 through 64 years who have chronic health conditions, and health care workers.
