Pueblo is considering making cuts to its city budget, and that could include cuts to Pueblo Animal Services.

To help with budget cuts, the City of Colorado Springs is removing trash cans from neighborhood parks. Approximately 400 trash cans will be removed from 128 parks. Signs posted Monday telling park goers to pack out all trash and don't count on that trash can being a few feet away.
