The program provides residents of skilled nursing facilities with free transportation home to be with family and loved ones during the holiday season. AMR has offered Home for the Holidays in El Paso County for the past 30 years. Each year AMR provides transportation to 12 to 15 residents of skilled nursing facilities to be home with their families on Thanksgiving and Christmas.
