Is this normal?
I just think this is soo funny! Sunday my husband and I had some friends over for the Super Bowl. One of the couples has a three-month-old baby boy named Carter. Of course I had to hold the baby while we were watching the game, he is just soo cute.
Anyways, the second Carter was in my lap Marshal got so jealous. He immediately came over to me and tried to get my attention. He wanted to jump up on my lap and snuggle up with me and the baby. The more attention I gave Carter, the harder Marshal worked. He finally settled down and started pouting. He just could not stand the fact that I was giving my attention to someone else. After awhile Carter wanted to exercise his legs, so I held him up on my lap and let him dance around and make faces. At this point Marshal could not take it anymore. He immediately stood up on his back legs and started kissing my face.
Finally, to Marshal's relief, Carter went back to his mom. With no time to waste Marshal climbed up into my lap and fell asleep. He was so happy to be back in the limelight. I guess he is in big trouble when we decide to have children, but then again it is probably my fault for spoiling him.
