EL PASO COUNTY -- Colorado State Patrol is investigating a fatal crash at Judge Orr Road and Log Road in El Paso County.

Troopers said two vehicles crashed around 5:20 a.m., Tuesday.

One man, identified as 65-year-old Charles George, died at the scene and three others were transported to Memorial Hospital with uknown injuries.

Troopers said George was not wearing a seat belt at the time.

The intersection has since reopened.

According to troopers, the cause of the crash is believed to have been disregarding a stop sign.
