Colorado Springs, Colo.- A fourth person has been arrested in a Colorado Springs kidnapping case.

Stephen Woolwine was arrested after police tracked him down skiing in Breckenridge.

He was wanted on kidnapping charges.

Three others are also facing charges of suspicion of kidnapping.

It allegedly happened after midnight, Nov. 27 when police responded to a report of a gunman chasing another man.

The victims were found safe.
