COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- A federal grand jury has indicted 42-year-old Kevin Shea on pornography possession and distribution charges.

Officials said Shea distributed child porn on Sept. 1 and 2 of 2010 to areas impacted by interstate and foreign commerce and by computer. He did again Jan. 12, 2011.

Investigators determined Shea's peer-to-peer username was "pervymcperv," and he distributed 97 images and three videos of child porn.

“Thanks to the hard work of the FBI, a man who was distributing child pornography to others who exploit children has been charged and will face the appropriate penalties,” U.S. Attorney John Walsh said in a statement

Shea faces two counts of distribution and one count of possession.

If convicted on all three, he could face up to 30 years in prison.
