COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- A woman is in the hospital, recovering from a gunshot wound to the head.

Colorado Springs Police said the woman was found just before 2:30 Saturday morning at the intersection of Boulder and Institute Streets.

They said she had been shot in the head during a previous disturbance between the 400 and 600 blocks of S. Circle Drive.

The woman's condition is unknown.

No additional details have been released.
