Fort Carson soldier arrested for crimes spanning two years

FOUNTAIN, COLO. -- A Fort Carson soldier has been arrested, accused of exposing himself to, and trying to lure several pre-teen girls over a period of two years.

1st Lt. Aaron G. Lucas is being held on several warrants.

The Fountain Police Department arrested Lucas on October 23.

Detectives with the Fountain P.D. said after they arrested Lucas, they learned several additional agencies were investigating incidents involving Lucas for similar crimes.

One of those involves an alleged kidnapping.

Lucas is being held at the El Paso County Criminal Justice Center.

He is a member of the 1st Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division.
