COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- Detectives with the Colorado Springs Police Department's Crimes Against Children Unit are investigating the death of a two-month-old girl.

Police were called to a home on Sunshade Point in the Stetson Hills area around 9:15 Sunday morning for an infant who was unconscious and not breathing.

They said paramedics confirmed the baby was dead on scene.

No additional details have been released.
