Those evacuated from their homes can stop by Cheyenne Mountain High School evacuation center after 1 p.m. today for some literary love.

The Colorado Literacy Foundation and Galaxyfest are bringing books for all ages, plus costumed characters and face-painting fairies. If you need a good book or just some cheering up, then be sure to stop by.

The event is open to all those evacuated from their homes, not just those staying at the high school.
