1 lb bunches spinach, rinsed and torn into bite-size pieces
4 cups sliced strawberries
1/2 cup olive oil
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tbls sugar
4 pc salmon
Salt and pepper
Season salmon with salt and pepper and grill. In a large bowl, toss together the spinach and strawberries. In a medium bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar, sugar. Pour over the spinach and strawberries, and toss to coat.
