FOX21 Morning News anchor Grace Polanski features the 2008 Palisade Peach Festival in the Wednesday, Aug. 6, "Family 411" segment. Chef Wayne Smith, Mesa State Chef, makes Peach Festival Argula and Salad, and tells viewers how to pick the best peaches.
The event begins Aug. 14 and runs for four days in Palisade, Colo. It is the 40th year the festival has been held. It features more than 100 food, arts and craft vendors, live music, a children's area, various culinary activities, special events--and lots of peaches!
