Answer AFUE stands for Annual Fuel Utilization Efficiency is a measurement of efficiency for furnaces. The higher the rating the more efficient the equipment i.e. 80% AFUE means 80% of heat proudest only 80% is being used to heat your home. Carrier’s Infinity furnace is rated at 98% efficient.
SEER rating stands for Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio and used to measure the efficiency of air conditioning. 13 SEER is the least efficiency manufactured today and Carrier’s Infinity is rated up to 21 SEER. Question What is a Load Calculation?
