Question What is your premier service? Answer We plumb houses from the ground up. Over the years, we have worked for several highly reputable builders and have plumbed thousands of single and multi-family homes here in Southern Colorado. We are also highly experienced in basement finishes and bathroom remodels. The majority of our plumbers have attained certification with Rinnai tankless water heaters, an exciting innovation in the plumbing industry that never runs out of hot water! Question What do customers need the most help with? Answer Our customers need the most help with understanding ways to avoid plumbing emergency service calls in addition to how to react and what they can do with a leak until the plumber arrives. From a visual standpoint, we enjoy helping homeowners make educated choices for the design and installation of plumbing fixtures during home remodels and basement finishes. Question What is your busiest time of year? Answer The spring and summer months are typically the busiest time of year for new residential home construction thanks to the beautiful Colorado weather. The winter months are when homeowners often need our services for freeze breaks and water heater issues.
Question What can you do as a homeowner to prevent unnecessary plumbing repairs? Answer One of the most common mistakes is leaving a hose attached to the outside hose bib. The hose must be removed before the first freeze each year to avoid a leak, which can go undiagnosed for weeks or even months. Knowing where to locate your water shut off valve is also important and can help reduce water damage if you find a leak in your home.
Question I don't need a plumber to come out and see the situation, I just need to know how much it will cost to install a new 40 gallon water heater? Answer Many things go into determining the cost of installing a water heater, such as: How many gallons is your existing water heater? What is the current rating of your water heater? What is the flue pipe size? What is the water inlet & outlet size? Where does the T&P valve drain? Where is it located? We would be happy to give you a quote after answering a few of these questions, but generally, water heater replacement generally costs between $750 to $950, including an inspection by Pikes Peak Regional Building Department.
