Question How can customers find a flooring expert they can trust? Answer This is one of the biggest challenges for any project that involves contracting. My advice is: Get personal references whenever possible, meet and talk with the person(s) that will actually do the work, ask for references, check out the company's website, ask for start and finish dates in writing, and ask whether the contractor will be working on other jobs during the time he is working on your job. Hardwood Cafe meets or exceeds customer expectations in all these areas. Question How can customers be sure there won't be added costs? Answer Work only with companies that will guarantee – in writing – that the bid price is the total price and that no additional charges will be added (such as tax, shipping, delivery, etc.). Question What’s your premier service? Answer Hardwood Cafe specializes in every aspect of hardwood flooring. This includes installation of new floors, both site-finished and pre-finished, refinishing and restoration of existing floors, custom borders and medallions, decorating consultation and everything else related to hardwood floors. Question What do customers need the most help with? Answer Once a customer has decided to install hardwood floors, there are often a host of questions relating to the specifics: What color would look best with my cabinets? What width of plank would look best? What species of wood will best accomplish my purpose? How should I clean and protect my floors? These are a few of the many questions that Hardwood Cafe is prepared to address with customers. Question What’s your busiest time of year? Answer We are busy throughout the year with the exception of the Christmas holidays. Spring through Fall are especially busy.
