Check the chain or float inside the tank to make sure it isn't snagged.  Also, NEVER use the drop-in tablets for cleaning the bowl.  They will deteriorate the rubber gaskets, causing the toilet to leak into the bowl, therefore making the toilet refill constantly. If your toilet has a round, flat rubber gasket at the bottom of the flush valve, turn the gasket over and re-install it.  Most often this will solve the issue for a considerable amount of time.

My faucet continues to leak when it’s off?  What should I do?

Replace the worn seat, springs or o-ring; check with your local plumbing wholesaler for new parts.  Many new faucets such as Delta and Moen, are warranted for life for the parts, but this will not cover the labor of a plumber if you need assistance.
