Sweetheart salad
¼ cup balsamic vinegar, good quality such as
¾ cup extra virgin olive oil,
¾ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
8 oz spring mix lettuce
6 strawberries (diced)
1 tablespoon sugar
1oz triple-sac liquor
Candied pecans In a bowl mix strawberries sugar and triple-sec this will make the berries sweeter then In a salad bowl mix salad and oil vinegar salt and pepper top with strawberries and candied pecans
Lobster Carbonara
1 lb. cooked pasta
½ lb. diced prosciutto
½ lb. butter
½ lb. frozen peas
¼ c. grated parmesan cheese
2 pints heavy cream
½ bunch chopped parsley
6oz picked lobster meat
In a sauce pan, heat cream and bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Add lobster prosciutto, peas, and butter. Reduce. Bring a pot of water to a boil, drop in fettuccini, and cook five minutes. Drain the pasta, and add to the sauce. Then mix in cheese, chopped parsley, salt and pepper.
Lynns Frittata
Sauce
1 tb olive oil
3/4 lb medium shrimp peeled and de veined
1/2 c chopped tomatoes
1/4 c champagne
1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons mascarpone
2 tbls butter
salt and pepper
Heat oil in a medium frying pan over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook, stirring, just until shrimp begins to curl and turn pink, about 1minute. Add tomatoes, champagne, and garlic, stirring, cook until shrimp are just opaque through, add mascarpone and butter let reduce about 1 to 2 minutes longer. Set aside in a pan heat oil and butter
Frittata
1 tsp olive oil
1tsp butter
3eggs
Heat oil and butter then scramble eggs place in a pan slow and low in two min flip cook another min then place on plate and serve sauce on top
Mascarpone and nutella and Strawberry
1 lb mascarpone cheese
½ lb strawberries (diced)
2 tablespoons nutella
1 oz. Grand Mariner
½ cup sugar
4 slices Italian Bread
Powder sugar for garnish
In a large bowl mix mascarpone cheese, ½ sugar and nutella together then strawberries, Grand Mariner and remaining sugar. Then spoon some the mascarpone mixture in a glass then berries them mixture then berries
