½ lb Cooked Penne pasta
1 small red Onion
¼ lb prosciutto
2 cups Tomato Sauce
1 cup Cream
1 cup Parm cheese
Vodka

In a large pan sauté Prosciutto and onions then deglaze with vodka Then add tomato sauce and cream bring to a simmer and let sauce reduce then add your pasta and toss in your cheese.
