1 cup cooked broccoli
2 large beef steak tomatoes diced
1 small jar roasted red peppers
1 small red onion
1sliced portabella mushrooms
1 cup artichoke hearts
Garlic
Olive oil
Fresh chopped basil
Salt and pepper
Cooked pasta
In a sautee pan cook mushrooms in olive oil add tomatoes, garlic, onions and sauté then add remaining vegetables then serve over pasta.
