Dozen fresh ripe roma tomatoes
1 cup onion, minced
4 cloves garlic diced
3 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
8 leaves fresh basil, minced
1 lb cooked capellini pasta
2 tablespoons Parmigianino cheese
In a pan heat the oil then sauté the onions and garlic then add diced roma tomatoes when tomatoes are soft add the cooked pasta toss and serve top with basil and cheese
